Tyler Mooney is entering his 3rd year with Hard Rock Stadium after joining the organization in June of 2021 as a Sales Development Representative for the Miami Dolphins.
In his time with the organization, he has been one of the most consistent performers across the floor both on the new sales and service side, which led to his current role as Manager of Sales Development. In this role, Mooney is responsible for overseeing and growing new waves of young sales professionals as they begin their careers for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and F1 Miami Grand Prix.
Mooney's first promotion came in December of 2021 to the Business Development team, after leading his team in new sales revenue on Sales Development. Mooney then received on another unique promotion to the Club Service team in October of 2022 to learn about both sides of the business. In 2023, he led both the General and Club service team in new sales revenue. After only a year on the club service team, Mooney made his transition into a leadership role in January of 2024. Through his time with the organization, he won the 2021 Miami Dolphins Innovation award for his unique idea of selling and putting together the first ever craft beer festival (Beer Blitz) at the stadium.
