Taylor Horn joined Hard Rock Stadium in May 2024 and currently serves as Sr. Manager, Luxury Service. In her role, she oversees Luxury Service for Miami Dolphins, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, & The Miami Open. Horn is responsible for implementing retention strategies, enhancing the Luxury member experience, and establishing performance objectives.
Prior to joining Hard Rock Stadium, Horn got her start in sports with the Minnesota Wild in 2013 where she spent 4 years managing 600 Season Ticket Members and was responsible for the retention of them. In 2018, Horn moved down south and joined the Tampa Bay Lightning where she held 3 roles; retaining and selling to a book of 500 Season Ticket Members, then overseeing The Lightning Made Sales Academy (Inside Sales) and finally overseeing retention efforts for the department. A career highlight for her thus far, is winning 2 Stanley Cup Championships with the Lightning.
Horn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from The University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2013. In her spare time, Horn can be found outdoors at the pool, beach or Lakehouse (East Gull Lake, MN) with a good book, shopping, traveling, cooking or taking Pure Barre class. She currently resides in Plantation, FL.
