Randy Wills is the vice president of Miami Dolphins & Miami Open ticket sales, a position he's held since 2024. In his role, Wills oversees the new business ticket sales efforts for both the Miami Dolphins and Miami Open.
Wills first joined the organization in 2019 as senior director, luxury & suite sales for Miami Open before moving over to the Miami Dolphins in 2021. From 2021-23, Wills led the record-setting growth of the Dolphins' luxury products, including a franchise record in renewals and consecutive seasons of sold-out luxury seating and suite memberships.
Wills spent over three years with the Orlando Magic, where he led the premium sales team to achieve franchise records in multiple revenue categories. Prior to his time in Orlando, Wills spent three years with the Cleveland Browns and held various suite and premium sales roles. Wills joined the Browns after a year with Crown Financial Ministries and a year working in corporate sales for the Tampa Bay Lighting. Wills started his career with the Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta Thrashers in 2008 where he led the ticket sales department in new business revenue for multiple seasons and received the New Sales Employee of the Year award in 2009.
A Rockford, Michigan native, Wills graduated from University of Michigan with a degree in sports management. He resides in Cooper City with his wife, Whitney, and their two children, Ayla and RJ.
