Nolan O'Connor joined the Miami Dolphins in June 2014 and currently serves as senior director, luxury & suite sales. In his current role, he oversees all new business revenue, including luxury, suite and season ticket sales for the Miami Dolphins.
O'Connor began his career with the Dolphins as a sales development representative in 2014. After one full season, he was promoted to the membership retention and service team where his primary focus was premium club accounts. As an account executive, O'Connor led the team in new business sales and renewed the most revenue across the department.
O'Connor moved into a leadership role as manager, membership development in January 2018, where he oversaw the sales development team. O'Connor then spent three seasons as manager, membership services and retention, in which overall renewals were at the highest rate in the last decade for the franchise. O'Connor was promoted to director, ticket sales in April 2021. During his time leading new season ticket sales, the organization sold out of season tickets for the first time in franchise history and surpassed the most ticket sales revenue sold all-time in the organization. O'Connor was promoted to senior director, luxury & suites sales in January 2024, where he oversees all new business revenue for the Dolphins.
O'Connor received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Business Administration from Ohio University in 2014. He currently resides in Miami.
