Nate Medrano joined the Dolphins in 2017 and currently serves as senior director, luxury & membership services. In his current role, he oversees the service and retention of luxury and suites across the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open and the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
Medrano began his career with the Dolphins as a sales development representative before being promoted to the business development team as an account executive. Medrano was promoted to manager, sales development in December 2018. In this role, Medrano led the recruiting, hiring, training and development of all entry-level sales staff. In April 2021, Medrano was named director, membership service, where overall renewals increased to the highest mark in team history. During his time in membership service, the organization established its largest membership base, broke the all-time season ticket renewal record, surpassed the most ticket sales revenue sold all-time, sold out of season tickets for the first time in franchise history and established the first ever season ticket waitlist. Medrano was promoted to senior director, luxury & suite service in December 2023, where he oversees both departments and is responsible for the retention of all premium inventory across each property.
Medrano received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bucknell University in 2017. He was a student-athlete at Bucknell, where he played football for four years. Medrano currently resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Erika.
