Krystle Reid joined the organization in January 2024 as vice president of luxury and membership services. In her role, Reid oversees the luxury and membership service operations across the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, the Miami Open and the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
Reid joins the Dolphins after spending nearly six years with the LA Clippers, where she served as vice president of membership services and group sales since 2022. She began her tenure with the Clippers in 2018 as director of membership services and was named vice president of ticket sales and service in 2020. Prior to her time in Los Angeles, Reid spent seven years with the San Diego Padres working in ticket sales and membership services, where she was promoted various times during her tenure. Reid began her career in the tobacco sales industry.
In 2022, Reid was spotlighted by Sports Illustrated and Empower Onyx as part of the Elle-vate: 100 Influential Black Women in Sports series with a profile highlighting her empowerment of Clipper nation and her involvement with LACED UP, the Clippers' diversity and inclusion committee. In 2021, the Los Angeles Business Journal Women's Leadership Series and Awards recognized Reid as a Woman To Watch of the Year finalist.
A Warner Robins, Georgia native, Reid attended the University of Georgia and earned a bachelor's degree in marketing with a concentration in sales. Reid resides in Plantation with her husband, Willie, and son, Trey.
