Kat Malara joined the Miami Dolphins in November of 2013 and currently serves as senior director, sales & service operations. In her current role, she oversees sales and service operations for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and Hard Rock Stadium.
Malara began her career with the Dolphins as the director of membership services, where she was responsible for building out the membership platform and worked on the relocation process for the stadium renovation in 2015. In that role, Malara oversaw the retention team and season ticket renewal campaign for five seasons. Malara was promoted to the sales and service operations team, where she works on Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and Hard Rock Stadium events and oversees the sales and service system process, planning and project execution in an effort to drive revenue.
Malara received her Bachelor of Science from Manhattan College in 2006, where she majored in marketing and minored in communications. Malara currently resides in Miami.
