Justin Lucker is entering his 7th year with Hard Rock Stadium after joining the organization in June of 2018 as a Membership Development Representative for the Miami Dolphins. Since then, he has spent the last 5 years as a top performer throughout all levels on the service side of the business which has led to his current role of Manager, Membership Service.

Justin Lucker is entering his 7th year with Hard Rock Stadium after joining the organization in June of 2018 as a Membership Development Representative for the Miami Dolphins. Since then, he has spent the last 5 years as a top performer throughout all levels on the service side of the business which has led to his current role of Manager, Membership Service.

In this position, Lucker is responsible for overseeing the continued growth of young sales reps whose focus is member retention for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and F1 Miami Grand Prix.

After his initial promotion to General Service in 2019, Lucker joined Club Service in May of 2021 where he ranked #1 in renewed memberships during his only campaign. That same year, he also won the 2021 Sales & Service Award – Integrity. Shortly thereafter, in early 2022, Lucker was promoted to the Suite & Luxury Service team where he spent two years before transitioning into his current leadership role.

Lucker, originally from West Chester, PA, received his degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
