Jose Mola joined the organization in 2023 as vice president of stadium & campus operations with the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium and its properties including the Miami Open and Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. In his role, Mola is responsible for the guest experience, housekeeping and parking functions of the organization.
Mola joins the Dolphins following a 26-year career at The Walt Disney Company elevating through a progression of leadership roles most recently serving as the regional general manager of resort operations. Mola also served a stint as the general manager of operations at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex which led to a supporting role at the 2020 NBA bubble. His former positions include general manager of Disney's Boardwalk, Disney's Wilderness Lodge as well as Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.
Mola was honored by VenuesNow as a 2020 All Star and received a Sporty Award from the Greater Orlando Sports Commission in recognition of his work on the 2020 NBA Bubble.
A native of South Florida, Mola is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in management. Mola received his master's degree in business administration at the University of Florida. Mola resides in South Florida with his wife, Lourdes and his two children, Gabriella and Kolbe.
