Jonny Morales joined Hard Rock Stadium in January of 2021 as a Sales Development Representative for the Miami Dolphins. In January of 2024, Jonny was promoted to Manager of Sales Development.
In his current role, Jonny, alongside Tyler Mooney, is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing entry-level sales representatives for continued growth within Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
In Jonny's first role with the Dolphins, he was a top performing Sales Development Representative and won the 2021 Rookie of the Year. Jonny found continued success with new membership sales earning a promotion to the Business Development team as an Account Executive, setting a then-record for most revenue sold in a BD campaign. He then joined the Luxury & Suite Sales team in March of 2023 before being promoted to his most recent role. Throughout his time with the organization, he has also embraced responsibility of being a mentor and LIT Leader to incoming Sales Development reps looking to build a career in sports sales.
Originally from Cerritos, CA, Jonny attended Long Beach State where he graduated with a major in History.
