Jeremy Campos is the club's vice president of human resources, a position he's held since 2024. In his role, Campos oversees the human resource functions across the enterprise, including performance management, recruiting, employee engagement and benefits for the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, the Miami Open and the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
Campos joined the Dolphins organization in 2010 as director of financial planning and reporting. After five years in finance, he was named director of human resources. In 2018, he was promoted to senior director of human resources. Prior to joining the Dolphins, Campos spent 13 years in corporate financial planning, working in the sporting goods retail, homebuilding and software industries.
In 2020, the South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine recognized Campos as recipient of the Excellence in Human Resources award.
Campos is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned a bachelor's degree in political science. He completed his Master's of Business Administration at the Warrington School of Business. A Coral Springs native, Campos resides in Parkland.
