Brandon Federico joined the Dolphins in June 2019 and currently serves as senior manager, business development. In his current role, Federico is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, training and leadership of the business development account team.
Federico began his career with the Dolphins as a sales development representative where he was a top performing rep in new memberships sold. After 18 months on the business development team, Federico was promoted to the luxury & suite sales team with a focus on closing multi-year suite and luxury seating agreements. He finished out the 2021 season at 197% to goal in new sales revenue. Federico spent two seasons leading the sales development team, where he was responsible for recruiting, training and developing entry level sales representatives. Federico served as senior manager, sales development in 2022 when the organization sold out of season tickets for the first time in franchise history and surpassed the most ticket sales revenue sold all-time in the organization. He was promoted to his current role in January 2024, where he leads the business development team.
A Queens, New York native, Federico received his bachelor's degree from St. John's University, where he majored in sports management and minored in business. He resides in Plantation with his wife, Grace, and their daughters, Savannah and Peyton.
