Bill Galante joined the Miami Dolphins in 1994 and has been the team's Vice President of Guest Experience and VIP Services since 2016. In his role, he oversees the guest experience department, ensuring all visitors coming into Hard Rock Stadium have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Prior to his current role, Galante served as Senior Vice President of Operations of the team's training facility in Davie. Galante spent his first six years in Miami working for the Florida Marlins overseeing the stadium's ticket sales, including serving as Vice President of Ticket Sales and Operations during the Marlins 1997 World Series championship. Prior to Miami, Galante spent nine years with the Chicago Cubs in ticket sales and marketing from 1983-1992.
Galante graduated from St. Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota with a degree in marketing and management. Galante resides in Fort Lauderdale.
