Anne Noland joined the Miami Dolphins in 2021 and currently serves as the club's vice president of communications, a position she's held since March 2024. In her role, Noland oversees the communication efforts across the enterprise, including football communications, corporate communications, the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and other Hard Rock Stadium events.
Noland first began with the Dolphins as senior director of football communications. Prior to her time in Miami, she spent four seasons (2017-20) with the New England Patriots in communications. Noland first entered the NFL in 2015 with the Denver Broncos and spent the 2016 season with the Tennessee Titans.
In 2021, Noland was named to The Athletic's NFL 40 Under 40 list, which highlights rising stars from coaching staffs, team personnel and business executives across the league. She has been a member of two Super Bowl Championship teams – the Broncos in 2015 and the Patriots in 2018.
A Marietta, Georgia native, Noland is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received her bachelor's degree in journalism – public relations. She currently resides in Fort Lauderdale.
