Alex Hart joined the Miami Dolphins in July 2018. In her current role as senior manager, club service, she oversees club membership service for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open and the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
Hart began her tenure with the Dolphins as a membership services representative, where she was a top performer in both renewed and new revenue. After a year, she joined the club service team, where her primary focus was premium club accounts, including Theater Boxes and LifeWTR Lounge. In 2021, she was promoted to manager, membership service, where she managed the general service team for the Dolphins, and was later tasked with overseeing both the general and club membership service team. In 2022, the Dolphins reached their highest renewal rates in franchise history, sold out of new season tickets for the first time and surpassed the most ticket sales revenue sold all-time in the organization. Before joining the Dolphins, Hart began her career with the Boston Celtics as an account manager on their Service team was the top producer in both renewed and new revenue in her two seasons with the club.
A Boston native, Hart received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016. She currently resides in Fort Lauderdale.
