Parks Frazier joined the Miami Dolphins as an offensive assistant in 2024. The 2024 season marks his seventh in the NFL.
In 2023, Frazier served as the passing game coordinator for the Carolina Panthers where he worked with Bryce Young, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Young threw for the second-most passing yards (3,130) among rookies and recorded 20+ completions in eight consecutive games to start the season, which ranks second all-time by a rookie in NFL history.
Frazier began his NFL coaching career with the Indianapolis Colts, where he spent five seasons (2018-22) as a part of the staff. He spent his first two seasons (2018-19) as assistant to the head coach and was named offensive quality control coach in 2020. He served as assistant quarterbacks coach in 2021 and was promoted to pass game specialist/assistant quarterbacks coach in 2022.
In 2022, Frazier called offensive plays for the second half of the season under interim head coach Jeff Saturday. During his time as signal caller, running back Jonathan Taylor won AFC Offensive Player of the Week for his 147-yard performance, including a 66-yard rushing touchdown in the 25-20 road victory over Las Vegas in Week 10, and guard Quenton Nelson was selected to his fifth Pro Bowl.
In 2021, the Colts finished with a 9-8 record and ranked ninth in the NFL in points per game (26.5). Quarterback Carson Wentz completed 322-of-516 passes for 3,563 yards and 27 touchdowns. His interception percentage (1.4) was the third lowest in the league.
In 2020, Frazier helped the Colts clinch their second playoff appearance of his tenure after finishing the season with an 11-5 record. Indianapolis' offense ranked in the top 10 in points per game (28.2, ninth), rushes of 10-plus yards (64, sixth) and first downs per game (22.8, tied-10th), while the offensive line tied for second-fewest sacks allowed (21).
In his first two seasons with the Colts, Frazier provided assistance to Frank Reich by preparing the weekly practice plan, call sheets and scripts, while also assisting with the scout team. In 2018, Indianapolis clinched a playoff appearance after finishing the season with a 10-6 record and an AFC Wild Card road victory over the Houston Texans.
Frazier served as an offensive graduate assistant at Arkansas State from 2016-17, where he helped lead the team to an 8-5 record and a Cure Bowl win in his first season.
Frazier began his coaching career in 2015 with Samford, where he spent the spring as a defensive quality control coach. That same year, Frazier joined the coaching staff at Middle Tennessee State in the fall as a quality control coach.
Frazier played quarterback for three seasons (2012-14) at Murray State following one season at Northeast Mississippi Community College (2011) and one season at Ole Miss (2010).
A Corinth, Mississippi native, Frazier graduated from Murray State with a degree in computer science and earned his MBA from Arkansas State. He and his wife, Caroline, have a son, Trace, and a daughter, Lila Kate.
