Miami Dolphins Tales From The Deep

A fourth-round draft choice by Washington in 2001, Sage Rosenfels was traded to Miami prior to the 2002 season and spent four years with the Dolphins, sharing a quarterback room with the likes of Jay Fiedler, Ray Lucas, Brian Griese, A.J. Feeley, and Gus Frerotte during that stretch. Rosenfels' career would span 11 NFL seasons, but it was his stunning performance in leading the Fins back from a 21-point fourth quarter deficit against the Buffalo Bills in 2005 that Miami fans remember him most for.

In The Tank, Sage reflects upon his Miami Dolphins tenure (7:01) and takes us back to that epic fourth quarter comeback over the Bills in '05 (12:01). Damion McIntosh: It Was a Crazy Time

Damion McIntosh joined the Miami Dolphins in 2004 with the hopes of blocking for one of the most productive rushing attacks in the NFL. A Ricky Williams retirement and Dave Wannstedt resignation changed things in an hurry, but Damion would go on to play and start at left tackle in 43 of the team's 48 games over the course of his three seasons with the Fins.

Jermon Bushrod: Supersize

In 2016, Jermon Bushrod arrived in Miami with an impressive nine years of NFL experience, two Pro Bowl selections, and a Super Bowl championship, all while playing left tackle. With the Dolphins, he shifted to right guard and was instrumental in helping Jay Ajayi rush for 1,272-yards, the third-highest single-season total in franchise history.

Doug Betters: Do a Good Turn Daily

At 6 feet, 7 inches tall, it didn't take Doug Betters long to stand out in a crowd. The Miami Dolphins 1978 sixth-round draft choice quickly became a key contributor, and by 1983, he was the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year. A key member of the Fins' fabled Killer B's defense, Betters is remembered as one of the greatest defenders in team history.
