Training camp has arrived.
Dolphins veterans reported to the Baptist Health Training Facility at Nova Southeastern University on Wednesday for the 2018 training camp.
The first practice of the summer will take place at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday morning and will be open to the public.
Players went through physicals Wednesday and posed in the team's new uniforms for photos and video promos that will be used throughout the 2018 season.

Camp schedule: Training camp officially will last until Aug. 14 and will include 12 practices open to the public, along with an intrasquad scrimmage at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 4 at 11 a.m. All practices at the Baptist Health Training Facility at Nova Southeastern University will begin at 8:30 a.m. The Dolphins will practice five consecutive days before getting the day off next Tuesday. The preseason schedule begins Thursday, Aug. 9 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Hard Rock Stadium at 7 p.m. Fans can get free tickets to attend practice by visiting dolphins.com/trainingcamp.
Camp visitors: As has become their custom, the Dolphins will be hosting various high school and youth teams throughout training camp. The high school teams scheduled to visit are LaBelle (July 26), Miami Columbus (July 27), JP Taravella (July 28), Miami Jackson (July 29), Port St. Lucie (Aug. 1), Calvary Christian Academy (Aug. 2), Blanche Ely (Aug. 3), Miami Central (Aug. 7), Pompano Beach (Aug. 13) and Cypress Bay (Aug. 14). Youth teams on the schedule are from the Broward Parks & Rec Teen League and Miami Xtreme (July 30), Calvary Christian Academy's middle school (Aug. 2), the American Youth Football League (Aug. 3), the Palm Beach Youth Football League (Aug. 6), Greater Miami Pop Warner (Aug. 7), the Youth Academic Sports League (Aug. 13), and Gold Coast Pop Warner (Aug. 14).
Roster rundown: The list of players at training camp will include 34 newcomers, including 13 veterans. The 21 rookies include the eight draft picks and 13 undrafted free agents, including linebacker Frank Ginda, who was signed Tuesday after fellow rookie free agent Mike McCray decided to retire. The group of veterans includes six unrestricted free agents, three free agents, three trade acquisitions, and one waiver pick-up (quarterback Bryce Petty).
The site: This year will mark the 26th training camp conducted at the Baptist Health Training Facility, a run that began in 1993. The Dolphins previously spent 23 years (1970-92) at Biscayne College/St. Thomas University in Miami; and three years (1967-69) at Saint Andrews School in Boca Raton; after splitting time in their first training camp (1966) between the Colonial Inn Motel & Happy Dolphin Inn Fields in St. Petersburg Beach, Boca Ciega High School in Gulfport, and Saint Andrews School.
