The Miami Dolphins have selected Lisa Siegel as their 2024 Fan of the Year. As a loyal season ticket member since 1989, Siegel has seen many games at Hard Rock Stadium.
Siegel has been a Miami Dolphins fan her whole life and is known for her positivity and passion for sports. She has 14 years of participation in the Dolphins Cancer Challenge and raised more than $100,000 for cancer research at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Siegel's passion for the cause became even more personal in 2021 when her mother was diagnosed with stage IV cancer and sadly passed away. During that time, Siegel leaned on her Miami Dolphins community for support.
Siegel has experienced trials, but her love for the Miami Dolphins and her passion for making a difference in the community have remained constant.
The Fan of the Year initiative, developed by the NFL in collaboration with all 32 clubs, aims to celebrate extraordinary fandom and showcase outstanding team enthusiasm, which Siegel represents daily.
The Fan of the Year selection was revealed to Siegel at the Season Ticket Member Picnic presented by Pepsi, as seen below.
During halftime of the week 9 Dolphins vs. Bills game, a video was shared across the video boards congratulating Siegel, and she received a jersey and tickets to Super Bowl LIX, where she will represent the Miami Dolphins.
Siegel thanked the Dolphins organization, Dolphins Cancer Challenge, and fans for her selection.
Fans can vote for Siegel to be the Ultimate Fan of the Year on the NFL website until Feb. 5, 2025.
